TECHNICAL RIDER

• Set up time is approximately 3 1/2 hours from the time that all the equipment has arrived in the performance space. This will be timed before the audience arrives. Load-out time is 2 Hours from when audience has left the performance space.
  
• Running Time. 35 minutes
  
• The show will need four 20 amp electrical outlets on separate circuit breakers. (IMPORTANT: Failure to provide power requirement could cause a circuit breaker to blow during the performance, thereby bringing the show to an abrupt halt until the problem is rectified!)
  
• Zanzibar Fairytale Puppet Theater brings a full stage, complete with sound and lighting system. The puppet stage requires a performance space of 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep, with at least a10 foot ceiling. The stage needs be set up on a level surface. The audience should be seated at least 6 feet from the front of the stage in chairs to comfortably view the performance.Ý All regular lighting in the performance area should be turned off and windows should be curtained, to make the space as dark as possible.
  
• The stage and a number of large boxes need to be brought into the performance area. A clear path to load the equipment in and out of the performance area will be provide by Sponsor. Parking for a 10 foot Truck near the performance area will be made available by Sponsor. The performance area is to be clean and clear, EMPTY.
  
• Zanzibar Fairytale Puppet Theater cannot perform outside.
  
• If there is more than one performance in a day the Sponsor is responsible for providing meal arrangements for the Zanzibar Fairytale Puppet Theater personnel or $100 per day.
  
• All shows use special effects: i.e. fog and strobe lighting along with confetti canons. It is Sponsor’s responsibility to clean the confetti up after each performance. The holiday production of Cinderella uses theatrical snow which will dissolve one minute after it falls. An announcement is made before the start of the show about the use of special effects, but Sponsor will also required to post a sign that is visible to the audience that reads: "During this performance theatrical fog and strobe lighting effects are used. The taking of still photographs or the taking of audio or video recordings of this copyrighted production is strictly prohibited."

PAYMENT INFORMATION

After you receive a signed contract please sign and initial all areas, indicating that you have read them. Return the contract with a 50% non refundable deposit of the total show cost. Once the check has cleared the show will be official booked. The balance will be due when we arrive at the event location in the form of a money order or cashiers check before the show starts
